There has been a small update to the THN API part of the Item DB, where a few JQuery libraries have been updated. No new functionality has been added, however support for IE6 has been dropped. If you use this browser on the THN Item DB, you may find parts of it will not display correctly. We recommend upgraded to IE8, or using an alternative browser such as Firefox . Update 19th July 2010: Some more code updates which should have no effect on current functionality. |

This afternoon and this evening, you may have noticed parts of the THN being offline without any notice. I aplogise for this, but since Neocron was offline, and I had a little time on my hands, I thought I would do a little tidy up. All that was changes was relocating the code from the old Techhaven SVN repositry, to the Shared SVN repositry with the Prophecy Network, and also removing some old code from the Joomla side of THN. If this means nothing to you, don't worry, just read the next paragraph. Everything should be running as normal, but if you find anything that is not right, please post a thread up on the THN forums. Also over the next week, I am planning a minor release to the Rares DB to remove Neptune from the listing. Update 1: Known issue, the Wiki logo has gone missing. It will be restored later! |

Recently Snowcrash, has announced he was moving to Gamigo, but he would still continue in his role as community manager... Could we let him escape that esasily? Of course not! The Tech Haven Network will be unavailable from Saturday 24th October 07:00BST until Sunday 25th October 19:00BST. This is due to the THN being moved to new server hardware. (More CPU power, more Ram, and more uberness as well!) The long downtime is to allow for any issues to be resolved, but I am hoping the site to be back online a lot sooner! Update: 23 October - the planned downtime has been postponed, a new date will be set soon.(tm) |

On Sunday 12th July from 19:00BST the Techhaven Network will be offline until about Monday 13th July 08:00BST.
This is due to the server hardware that hosts the Techhaven Network being relocated to a new datacenter by our hosts.
I would like to apologise for the inconvenience this will cause anyone. Updated: Got my days mixed up - correct dates are now shown. |

JfL Gaming in association with the Techhaven Network and The Prophecy Network are pleased to announce the launch of JfL LAN V, LAN party being hosted in Nottingham, May 8-11th 2009. LAN Party V is the largest event held by JfL Gaming to date, and is promising to be a weekend of fun, gaming and enjoyment. All the usual favourites will be played in a tournament environment as well as top console games. During the weekend there should be two live podcasts broadcast from the event, WiiDS and Total Gaming UK will be attending. All this AND the event is being hosted with a bar 20 seconds walk from your computer! The Weekend cost is £35, with an additional 'early bird' discount of £5 for anyone signing up within the month of February. Why not come and join some of the THN/TPN team for a weekend of fun, games, and drinking (if your over the age of 18!). (21/02/09) UPDATE:

Recently we had quite a few Neocron players sending updates for Items, which is all very welcome. However in order to get the updates done as efficiently as possible by any of the THN admin team, this is the official way how to submit updates for the Item DB.
Any other method of submitting updates, other than what is listed below are not accepted.
1. Create a new thread with the details up in the Item DB forums here, with a short description on what needs updating. One of the THN admin staff will update the Item DB, and at a later date close the thread. Since the forums does not support attachments, you may send images to
