- Talk to Mercurus and give the package to him.

- Kill and Loot Chang in the Secret Passage 2

Tip: The easiest way to Secret Passage 2 is through the Bum Asylum in Pepper Park SEC-3, but it is loaded with TS guards that will attack you. Run fast and it'll be ok. Otherwise you will need to make the long trek to it starting at OZ1. Chang is at the bottom of the sewers. |
